Items did not arrive, and were two days late. We were unable to use them.

Loved the fast delivery and easy return-the biggest appeal in renting from Lensrentals. My Q3 produced stunning images that were easy to work with in LR. The camera, oddly, looked more used than expected, which is strange for a recently released camera. Maybe it is a testament to how popular the Q3 is that many have rented it to date? In that-I had trouble operating the thumbwheel on the right side of the camera -its stiffness surprised me. So, I avoided using it, especially when doing street as it took to long to fiddle with. I thought I would fall in love with the Q3, and I certainly did with the images, but less so with its operation, as compared to my other Leicas.
