Great experience with LeMond. I asked about discount since buying 2 decked out bikes. They were kind enough to give me a price break. The bikes came sooner than promised. Packaging was sophisticated and foolproof. Everything that could be assembled was done. I had a couple of questions, I called and Josh walked me through it. Very good process.

Pleasant to communicate with my questions in advance of order. Shipped as soon as promised. My husband did the minimal assembly and it went fast and I was off on a test ride.
