Leeches arrived well cooled. All worked out well. Unfortunately there was one leech missing. But that can happen sometimes.

I have good experienced with leeches.com. Pros: they were very responsive (responses usually within an hour). My leeches died when they overheated in a mailbox before I could get to them. I requested a replacement leeches to get 2 day shipping (which I paid additional to make sure they arrived alive) after this incident. They accommodated my request. UPS delivered them in 24 hours rather than 2 days and left them on my doorstep rather than the mailbox. The replacement leeches arrived healthy and vigorous. Cons: took a bit longer to arrive to be shipped the first time. They USPS shipping without the option to upgrade to get them faster. I would rather pay more for 2 day shipping initially during the warm months. Personal experience, this was my 4th or 5th time ordering over the years. I buy XXL leeches as I found they help inflammation caused by tendonitis, gout and sprains. A single leech XXL is the equivalent to 8-12 alleve for both pain relief and reducing swelling fof 24 hours. My doctors (podiatrists) have never said anytning negative about my use of leeches. The initial bite feels a bit worse than a mosquito bite for about a minute, but the relief is well worth it.

I'm sorry but I order 4 jumbo leeches and got 5 small one.2 of them was dead.did not get pictures. I pay for jumbo leeches.

hello my order was 1 pregnant leech and one medium . i received 2 medium and none pregnant Hello Olga, we can add 2 more leeches to your next order, to comoensate for this mishap I am not planning on buying another anytime soon . that is not how it works. Why lie ? and if did why not correct it ? especially for your extremely expensive rates We are sorry about this, I was told we have no pregnant leeches in stock this season. Would you like a refund for the difference in prices? I know it is not big money - the refund. but it would be honest . i can make them pregnant if they don't die after feeding why would they die after feeding? That was not the answer that I ve being waiting

I ordered leeches a few years ago and when my little one died in the fall at about 4 years old it took a bit before I was ready for more. Then the choice was kind of hastened when my dad's toe developed gangrene due to medical malpractice by a podiatrist. I was allowed to try leeches soon enough as the toe was already black, but I was able to try them in time to enable a partial amputation rather than a full amputation. The leeches bit pretty quickly, but were quite slow eaters as they often took an hour. Normally this only take like 20-30 minutes so allow extra time for the first feeding. I change their water routinely, give them crawl time on a towel to help shed skin, and occasionally put them in a larger tub to swim. These ones are pretty stubborn at swimming so work in progress, but leeches are surprisingly pretty when they swim. Little eels or living ribbons. Might end up taking one to work as an office pet.
