I have email you about my item 3 & 4 time and y'all respond but one time on the first email I sent you. I been waiting on my Leeches and other item going on 9 week. I ask for a refund never responded to that email. Y'all never refunded my $130. 00. Y'all just took my money and I'm not happy at all Ivory Boling

Who ever the vendor is from Colorado, I want to continue doing business with because I was so impressed by the immaculate packaging of these little critters. Also item expedited in a very fast fashion versus other experiences. Most importantly, I Got exactly what I ordered and then some. Thank you for the extra one because During shipping one may not make it - Which has occurred to me in the past, but not recently.

Decently quick shipping time so that’s awesome, but unfortunately we ordered a pregnant leech and they are ONLY available in April. To make up for it I was sent two, which I do appreciate. It’s just disappointing because we had plans centered on a pregnant leech.

Terrible, took six weeks to arrive, were meant to be the biggest leeches and they were tiny, both dead

Hey the postal service did not bring them to my door they left them in our mailbox in 98 degrees heat. The normal carrier brings them to the door rings our Ring Doorbell and tells us we have a perishable package. By the next day when we got to the mailbox we live in the county rural mail delivery not town they were dead. UPS or Fedx brings to the door not leave half mile away in mailbox marked perishable.

I’ve tried to reach a customer service a couple of times about missing order and still didn’t hear back from leech. com. I ordered a leech tweezers, but didn’t get it with my order. Also, the second time I pay more for small leeches and don’t pay for discounted leech bundle of mix sizes, but I got again all mix sizes. Also, one mini leach died shortly I received the order.

I've bought a total of 6 leeches, 4 medical and 2 giant Dracula. When they came in they were fine, within 3 days all were dead. I don't know if it was shipping, what. I do know this, when I ordered them in 3 different orders it took almost 2 weeks to get them so if they spent all that time being tossed around or such that might have contributed to their death. . . wasted 300. 00

Although I ordered express shipping it took the package ten days. Instead of the ordered 3 supersize verbana and 3 decoras I received five small verbana. No answer on all my emails. What shall I do?

Orderd 5 medium and 5 large, got 8 small

ordered 3 large leeches. received only two and they were very small. I have ordered large ones before and these were small. Both died within a few days. Most orders are fine, but very disappointed in this one especially with what charge to ship in first place

the two leeches were feed the same time and one of the leech seems half the size and looks sick , not plump like the other

I ordered 2 leeches. They both arrived quickly and. alive. The following morning , I discovered my large leech ate the Dracula leech. That made me 😔 sad. I wish I had known that they did that beforehand.
