Brilliant people. Torch never arrived and even though there was a picture of someone holding the parcel by the letterbox. Ledlenser accepted my word that it had never made it through the letterbox and sent out a replacement.

First Torch was faulty on receipt and had to be returned which I had to pay for the return. I would expect with a faulty item on receipt i. e. it did not work at all out of the box, a free return.
