The LED H14R. 2 is my go-to head torch? It does everything I need and more. It is the most useful tool in my arsenal.

Very pleased to get actual real human customer service to diagnose my problem and suggest the remedy. Then I was a bit shocked to pay £17 for a spare part for a torch. So when it arrived and it looked quite different to the faulty battery compartment I was disturbed. However, patience required because when fitted it worked perfectly. I have to be pleased that a pretty old and much loved torch was brought back to life.
