Working Disaster Relief with chainsaws these trauma scissors are a blessing to have for medical emergencies. Just used the raptor rescue trauma scissors for removing a large head, bandage and tape from a family member that had a tumor operation. I am very pleased with this product and the quality of it ‼️

I think the shipping is expensive for some small items such as tweezers. Their tools stand up fairly well, but a few things could be improved.

Shipping departure could and should be same day or at minimum next day after order is placed if order is placed during normal business hours on a business day. My order was placed on a Monday night and didn’t ship out until Thursday, and thus didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. Granted, I opted for ground shipping, but had the order shipped out the following business day it could have arrived in the same week.

The process is easy for ordering and customizing. Just feels like they are getting away from giving the best products or less with them. Sure would be nice to receive sheaths with the high end tools being sold.

I’ve carried it everyday for about 3 months. Great for small mechanic stuff and great around the house. The small bit driver comes loose when using the “hammer” but other than that it’s pretty solid. The plier end does have some deflection when twisting it but it would be very hard to break. So far no problems with the cutters either. Definitely recommend!
