Shipment was a bit slow

Very nice design, but the smoothness of the mechanism and therefore the production quality is a bit worse than what I expected for the price. If I compare this to a Victorinox product, that one is super smooth to open and close all elements. Here especially the pliers are quite "crunchy".

Kind of disappointed I have to pay for shipping to get my wave Alpha repaired. Vortex Optics stands behind their products and pay shipping both ways.

Shipping was good and on time, waiting for my refund still after i returned my tool. They say refund takes 7-10 days it hasn’t been that long yet so hopefully this week i get my refund. Tool was sent back about 7 days ago.

Very well done on this update to the Wave. I’ve a couple of the “original” Waves, which only have one tool lock, This model has two, providing better security for deployed tools. It is a solid tool I’m planning on gifting to a couple of brothers.
