Great pots and amazing quality. They look absolutely beautiful in my home, and they arrived quickly and were packaged with the utmost care. Unfortunately, the customer service has been horrible. I emailed Veronica and left a voicemail with a simple question and never received even an acknowledgment or response. It’s disappointing because the products themselves are excellent. A company is only as good as its customer service, and unfortunately, that part of the experience fell very short.
