i am not one to write a review. . . but today is different. I felt that the LAX. com HELP team did an amazing job. I made a mistake on the shipping address with my order. It needed to go to my daughter's collage address not our home. if it didn't get changed it would never make it in time for the game i feared. I reached out and UPS couldn't help. The LAX. com HELP team was able to get word to the Warehouse and have the box pulled and the address corrected. thanks to the warehouse manager too. I now have a super happy daughter and this is one very grateful Dad. thanks to the entire team. . . this shows when LAX. com says they will do everything they can to help and the customer matters . . . they mean it. Thanks again to everyone

I was really looking forward
I was really looking forward to receiving this lacrosse bounce back, but the experience was very disappointing. The box arrived ripped open in several areas, and most of the hardware (bolts, nuts, etc. ) was missing—likely lost through the holes in the box. It also appeared that the item I received had been a return from another customer, as there was noticeable wear on the frame and the box had clearly been repackaged. Because the box was already in such poor condition and the item was large and heavy, returning it didn’t seem practical. I ended up spending an additional $30 at a hardware store to replace the missing parts just to make it usable. For the price, I expected a new, complete product—not a damaged, incomplete one. Very disappointing experience overall.
