Started with recommended products this year. Combining that with some tweaks to our maintenence schedule the lawn is looking fantastic compared to last year.

I basically killed every weed and wild grass on 1. 9 acres of property and this was after a failed attempt I had previously tried with general bermuda seed. I got in touch with all the people at Lawnsynergy and they gave me step by step instructions for a second attempt. I prepped the dirt and used their Southern Charm Bermuda seed along with All Mighty 20-0-10 fertilizer. I expected at least two to three years for an acceptable result. I spread the seed and in eight weeks my yard had transformed amazingly. I’ve got at least 80% Bermuda coverage and the other 20% is filling quickly. The staff here are experienced and there are great conversations to be had. Huge thank you!

I can't see where it is working; the weeds are still there. No discoloration or evidence that they are dying. I am sure I mixed it correctly.
