Ordered in August with advised delivery in September but disappointedly delivery delayed and only received in November with little explanation or communication on reason for delay. Chairs were advertised as light oak but are actually quite yellow.

The legs of the wardrobe are not strong enough to hold the heavy and good quality wardrobe. The legs broke and the wardrobe is standing without legs on the carpet. Service was good, delivery was on time otherwise.

The bed arrived very dirty. There are even footprint on some of the panels. Still waiting for replacement parts. Be aware that it always takes ages to get the replacement parts.

Terrible. Missing parts from every part of the order. I was told I would be informed within 2 days and it’s been 3 weeks and it’s still not sorted.

The cabinet arrived damaged. I know these things happen however when I called Laura James to report this I was met with poor customer, i would not recommend

Brilliant service from the initial order and delivery of the dining set.
