Customer service is on point. One box (I ordered several!) a pod burst in shipping therefore made the entire box unusable. They promptly shipped out a new one. I’m bummed the candle I want has been sold out. Hopefully they restock soon!

This is probably one of the better sents/detergents I've used in a long time. I was skeptical at first, as I couldn't really smell the scent, but after using the detergent pods a few times, I can absolutely smell it weeks later and love it! Reminds me of a crisp summer afternoon in Florence. Highly recommend.
