not worth the price

Great service!

Everything was fine until I washed my clothes. As soon as I put them on I started to itch. Broke out a little while later in a red rash. I can't use your product.

Paying $5 for a sample was painful enough, it should really be free. But then the fact that the sample is just a small piece of cardboard that would fit in an envelope but was instead shipped in a shoebox-sized box is dumb. The samples smelled pretty good but this experience didn't fill me with confidence in your logistical operations and pricing.

The higher price point is worth it. It’s definitely a great treat for myself and when I gift a Laundry Sauce to a friend, they always fawn over it!
