Very satisfied

I discovered this company by searching for a comforter set initially advertised by J. C. Penny that matched a sheet set that I owned. When I went to order, it was no longer in stock, but I was able to find it at Benejan. I ordered it seamlessly. As of today, I was able to order an additional comforter set with the assistance of Nina through the chat. I sincerely appreciate her kindness, patience, and persistence in helping me with my purchase. I'm eagerly looking forward to my future purchases!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the very first email, Amy has provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. She took the time to check with the warehouse, found a discontinued item my wife had been wanting, and even worked out a wonderful solution to include matching pillowcases that had been used only for marketing purposes and were still in excellent condition. Throughout the entire process, communication has been prompt, friendly, and professional. I never felt like just another customer—Amy truly went above and beyond to make this happen, and it shows that Pure Parima genuinely cares about its customers. While I haven’t received the bedding yet, the experience leading up to the purchase has been exceptional. Based on the outstanding customer service alone, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pure Parima to anyone looking for a company that stands behind its customers and treats them with kindness and respect. Thank you, Amy, for making this such a pleasant experience. You didn’t just help me find bedding—you helped me surprise my wife with something she’s been wanting, and that means a great deal to me.

The wife just loves it. while she was in the shower I put everything together. when she saw how nice everything looked and match, she just couldn't help herself and flop on the bed. She was pleasantly surprise how soft and cool it felt on skin and body. I hope it feels just as soft when we get it back from the dry cleaners.

I had questions on a gift card and they answered me and helped me order one. I bought my last comforter through this company and its beautiful and great quality.

I’ll never purchase any other.
