I am giving 4 out of 5 starts so my review is not removed automatically. They already removed form here my first review. I cannot judge the quality because I never got the product. This company has been unable to deliver twice to Spain. Their customer service is not competent and gives me no more info than what I can read myself in the tracking link of their logistics partner DPD. After 22 emails exchanged with customer service, I had to call myself DPD to find out the issue. It seems they trained their customer service together with the one from Larsson and Jennings. Not competent and they hung me twice. At least they have the decency to have a phone number. Why does this company have no hotline? Do you think when a customer has an issue, they want to exchange 22 emails? Why after 22 emails you are unable to contact your logistics partner and really find out why there was a problem with your delivery? I really would not recommend to buy anything from this shop if you are outside UK. They do not know how to ship.

Unfortunately I cannot rate their product because I never received it. This company was unable to deliver twice to Spain. Their customer service is not professional and you can only contact them via email. The shipment had issues in customs because Larsson & Jennings or their logistics partner DPD did not fill out properly the customs forms, twice. You could imagine they would take care of solving this but their customer service just looks at the tracking code and did not really do anything at all to actually solve the issue or find out more. I exchanged with them over 20 emails. I lost hope of their customer service actually picking up a phone and trying to solve the issue so I tried myself. I contacted their logistics partner who blamed Larsson & Jennings for providing wrong shipment data and told me to call the other company back. And they also hang me up a couple of times. You just feel between two companies who did not take responsability and action to solve an issue. A nightmare as a customer.

A watch arrived minutes ago - but I was told I had to pay over $35 in customs!!! WHAT THE.... you wanted me to pay extra for YOU TO FIX YOUR 4-TIMES MISTAKE??? How dare you! I didn’t ask for you to send from the UK - that was told to me as the solution to the issue!!! L & J has treated me badly & I have no idea why.

I first ordered in Feb/21. L & J sent me the wrong watch 2 times. I got a refund & placed a new order after their support team told me their distribution issue was solved. From that new order, I was sent the (same) wrong watch 2 more times!!! It’s nuts. As of May 10 I still don’t have the watch I paid for on March 27/21.

I bought two watches worth £300 one of which is missing links I have been trying to get in contact with someone for weeks and they’ve continuously ignored my emails and have not sent me links. AWFUL customer service. Not what you expect at all! Shame nice watches.

After emailing to say I wanted to return my watch and re-purchase the same watch but with the bigger face, the customer service team have refused to reply to me to provide me with my order number ( which I never received via email) despite at least 5 emails to them regarding my item. I feel it was a deliberate attempt to prevent me returning my watch. Very concerning and will be taking matters further

I couldn't be happier with my Larsson and Jennings watch. The quality is exceptional for the price, and I've received so many compliments. Delivery was very fast and I love the presentation box. I intend to purchase more for friends and family in the future. Thank you L&J!

I have just purchased and received delivery of a Meridian Milanese which has an elegant design and I am so happy to wear. But there was one surprise and disappointment. The online description of the watch states "featuring a large luminous field dial". I assumed this meant it glowed in the dark, but alas that is not the case. I will be more careful in future!

I have the Lugano 26mm in gold and it’s so classy and chic! I get so many compliments and I truly recommend it!

I liked the style and affordability online so I bought my wife a watch for work. She is an executive so it was perfect - not too flashy but stately. She likes rose gold. So this year I bought a different one for her to see if she likes it too.

My daughter had this watch on her birthday Wishlist but because I didn’t put the code in at checkout didn’t get free gift of bracelet which was disappointing as thought that would be nice little extra surprise for her
