Poor quality and service

The quality and service is horrible. I purchased this watch earlier this year. Watch stopped working and so we changed the battery and it still wasn’t working. When asking for help they said warranty was voided when a third party opened the watch to change the battery. It’s outrageous. Do not buy from them.

Awful

My boyfriend bought me a watch for my birthday from here and he paid for express shipping and it was never received. I have reached out multiple times and he has as well and have heard from nobody. Extremely frustrating and will never order again. Customer service doesn’t seem to exist here. Was so excited about this watch but now just very disappointed in the brand overall because you cannot get a hold of them.

Awful

Returns are a nightmare!

I decided after receiving my watch it was not the quality I was expecting. I followed the return instructions, sending the item back USPS with tracking and insurance. I contacted customer service after many weeks of not getting a credit and they asked for all the tracking information which I sent immediately . The tracking number claims that the watch was received at their warehouse, but they are still questioning the delivery and wanting proof of a signature at their warehouse . I am now calling my credit card company and having the charge reversed. Be aware that if you decide to return to this company, they will give you the runaround. It has been a horrible experience! I cannot recommend ordering from Larsson & Jennings!

This company is a scam

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I Just received my watch. I asked to kindly return it as I am within the return window and the watch has never been worn or turned on. They refuse to accept the return and refund my money. Their customer service is terrible and you will never get a response. Absolute scam.

Disappointed

Spent $384 dollars on a watch and to bangles. The watch was great but the bangles were small and didn’t fit as per the description. I returned these within the return dates, post office lost goods and where being sent back to me for round two of posting return but this ridiculous company denied my return even though the email trail stated dates and receipts of all. ORDER NOT RECEIVED. CUSTOMER SERVICE DISAPPEARED. ITS A SCAM

I ordered the Boyfriend Mini Classic Mixed Gold 31mm watch and was excited to also be receiving a Free Keychain Mirror. The Keychain mirror arrived separately but the delivery notification advised both had been delivered. I emailed customer service immediately and was told they had been despatched separately. Watch Never arrived and terrible CS

I bought a watch as a birthday gift an was suppose to be delivered in 1-2 Business days. The watch had a keychain gift with it which I didn’t care about. They delivered to me the key chain and it’s been an almost a week now and missed the birthday and the watch hasn’t arrived yet. I reached to them on Chat, they said they missed it and will deliver it by Monday, the watch didn’t arrive and I have been reaching out to them since then on chat/phone/email and no response.

Watch Never arrived and terrible CS

Looks cheap

I don’t know how to feel. The watch is beautiful but it was so poorly packed ( didn’t even have a protective film) the packaging looks super cheap like something you would buy at a flea market. Also the watch came without a battery so I essentially i spent $180 on a watch that doesn’t work at all.

Faulty watch. TERRIBLE service. Not at allTimeless.

Really poor machine work on the body of the watch for the thread to wear so convincingly and so quickly and an insultingly unhelpful support service. After reporting a fault where the back of my watch came off unexpectedly, I was led on a month long merry dance having to ask the people who gave me the watch for order and dispatch details, I was told that the watch was no longer covered by the warranty as “normally this fault occurs when [people] remove the back” and cannot get it back on. Very disappointed that what was supposed to be a special gift from my close family is now unwearable and we all have to face up to the embarrassment of making a poor decision to buy from and being let down by Larsson Jennings. Hardly timeless….very

Poor customer service

I bought a watch in March really liked it but wasn't suited to my wrist. Sent it back as per their instructions, next day delivery with tracking. Since then I have had nothing but trouble and they are asking for photos of proof of posting, reference numbers etc. I have sent them all of these and am in touch with them daily via email and text but they are denying they have received the watch back despite me sending evidence of the tracking which clearly shows the watch was returned. They have now said the watch wasn't returned to the correct address despite me following their delivery instructions to the letter. It is taking so much time out of my day to correspond with them and they are asking again for information and photographs I have already supplied them with. It is totally out of order and I am hugely disappointed that they are treating me this way. Never showed up

I ordered a watch over 2 months ago and have not received it. Every time I email the company they tell me they'll look into it and then never get back to me. I am so disappointed. I would not order again.

Disappointing experience

I placed an order for a mini boyfriend watch in mid-July 2021. The website indicates that the watch will be sent within 3 days. When I had not received it by the following week, I sent an email to their customer service department inquiring as to when I could expect it. They informed me it would be sent the following week. When it didn’t come I inquired a week later and was informed again that it would come the following week. Again, no watch and no explanation as to where it was. By this time a month has passed and still no watch. I sent another email and was told they had to resubmit my order and it would be on its way. Nope - no watch and no explanation. Finally, I expressed my displeasure again and was told they were moving to a new warehouse and they would send it the following week. They went ahead and sent the bangle that was to supposed to come with the watch, but there was no explanation as to when the watch would be forthcoming. I waited 2 more weeks - by now we are in the month of September and it has been 2 months since I placed the order. I sent another email trying to get an answer as to how much longer I would have to wait. They sent me an email telling me they had cancelled my order and would refund my money. I did not want my order cancelled. I simply wanted to know how much longer it would be delayed, but I never could get a straight answer. I had spent considerable time finding the exact watch I wanted online and would have been willing to wait longer if I could have just gotten an honest answer. Instead they chose to cancel my order without even asking me. They say they pride themselves on customer service, but unfortunately it was not demonstrated to me. Worst online buying experience EVER!

Watch broke after 12 months & refused repair

Previous review was deleted by the company! I bought my girlfriend a Larsson & Jennings watch for her birthday and it broke within 12mths. Larsson & Jennings have so far refused to repair it. I sent it to their repair site months ago, as advised, and there it has stayed. The repair shop can’t get onto them. We have emailed and no response. Appalling customer service, poor quality watch and really disappointing that they haven’t honoured their warranty and have just ignored all communications and deleted my honest reviews.
