My order was processed and shipped very quickly and I like that the pump on the large conditioner bottle was secured so it can't be depressed and make a mess in the box.

The only issue I've had w L'ANZA was about 15+/- yrs ago when you changed all your formulas to basically put conditioner in every shampoo so hair was over conditioned. Stop changing formulas!! You're product has remained superior except during that period before adjusting to current formulas. Don't do that, it's not necessary. Stick to package updates only!!
