I would like to get new pump to be able to use purchased hair conditioner. This is the second time I am experiencing similar pump problem. There is definitely an issue with packaging. I would not expect this for this level of product.

Overall, I love L’ANZA products, but I was disappointed with my recent ordering experience. There was confusion with my order, and I lost the free shipping and discount that were originally applied. While customer service did respond, I wish the issue had been resolved more fairly. I appreciate the quality of the products, but I hope the ordering process and customer service continue to improve so future purchases are as great as the products.
