The product is normal

This hand cream has a really unique feeling on the hands that takes time to get used to, but I was really enjoying it. However, now I've noticed that my hands get very dry so often even though I live somewhere very, very humid. I'm starting to wonder if this is causing that.

The 101 ointment is nice lip balm. I actually have an autoimmune condition of the skin, and this didn't cause any irritation or reaction. It's been a good lil balm for dryness, but it's obviously not medicinal. The overnight lip mask is horrible for me, and causes burning. I'm glad it was free! The company shipped my order 2 business days after I placed the order (not bad) but then the shipping vendor took about 2 weeks to deliver the product (very frustrating).
