The 101 ointment is nice lip balm. I actually have an autoimmune condition of the skin, and this didn't cause any irritation or reaction. It's been a good lil balm for dryness, but it's obviously not medicinal. The overnight lip mask is horrible for me, and causes burning. I'm glad it was free! The company shipped my order 2 business days after I placed the order (not bad) but then the shipping vendor took about 2 weeks to deliver the product (very frustrating).

I’d appreciate improving communication from the delivery company, they delivered a day later. Other than that, very pleased!
