One of the Halo's was broken off.

I ordered 4 lounges but only received 3 lounges. I have sent 2 emails asking when to expect the other one but have received no response.

Normally I am very pleased with items I purchased over the years but this order needs quality control. Very disappointed doubt after being a loyal customer I will order again.

Have not ordered from lakeside for some time, but I received a great deal on shipping and took advantage of the great deal. Shipping costs are just as important to me as the quality of the product and the cost of the product.
