Order had the wrong mailing address and the company refused to change it even though I was a long standing customer. I notified them within minutes of placing my order. Under the heading of security, the address could not be changed. I believe a policy revision is in order for valid customers giving them valid information. I spoke to several people to facilitate an address change but to no avail. However I am impressed as to how fast the items were delivered- a first!
