Lafeeca did great with this! My order arrived quickly and exactly as I had hoped. I had erred and ordered black when I had meant to order Stainless. Norah in customer support helped me out right away and set it all straight! When I was concerned that there was an issue out of the box, again, Norah was right there supporting me the whole time! The DJ has the function, quality, and aesthetic that I’ve been looking for. It boils water fast and looks great. I originally ordered one off of Amazon that had some defective parts. I contacted Lafeeca directly and their customer service was outstanding. I had a replacement within only a few days that was perfect.
