Works and looks great! My only critique is that it doesn't "hold" the temp for that long. The "hold" setting will constantly reheat when the temp drops below a certain threshold of the target temp and it will often go a few degrees over the target. The DJ kettle took 66% of the time compared to my conventional stove top kettle to bring the same amount of water to boil (4 min compared to 6 min)

We replaced a pump style thermas with the Lafeeca. I really like it. It is easy to clean, is attractive on the counter and keeps my coffee hot.

Absolutely beautiful! I'm afraid to use them; I don't want to damage them. Color is gorgeous, exceeded my expectations. I promise you won't be disappointed. My morning coffee ritual has got an upgrade.

This kettle heats up super-fast, and the controls are intuitive and easy to use. The timer is handy for doing pour over coffee. A full litre capacity would be nice for larger batches, but is by no means a deal breaker.

Previously left a review stating the base stopped working after a month. Customer service did reach out trying to trouble shoot the issue and send a new base. After receiving the new there have been no issues. Comparing bases the original screen had a visible bubble in the upper center and I assume it was damaged in transit.

I gave it as a gift. My son is delighted with it!

I had a problem with the lid and let them know and they replaced it! Great customer service!

I have now been using the kettle to make tea for about a week now and it's functioning very well. The temperature is accurate and the design of the product looks great in my kitchen. I love the tactile feel of the switches and the hold "needle". I notice that when I hold temperature at a higher temperature (90C and higher), the kettle does emit a burning plastic smell. I'm not sure if it's because the product is still new or if there's something wrong with the coil. A suggestion for future product design. It would be great if Lafeeca can create a wide mouth kettle that can be used with the same stand so I can switch between a goose neck kettle vs. wide mouth. I took one star out for the terrible delivery time and the lack of response from their customer service team. I was tempted to take out another star but decided against it. The product was shipped to a major city in Canada so I didn't expect the product to have taken almost 1 full month to be delivered when the site said within 10 business days. I ordered on August 20 and I didn't get my product until September 17. After 2 weeks from when I first ordered the product, I noticed only the shipping label was scanned but the product was not picked up by the courier. I sent an email to the service desk and I got no response but the status then finally changed to the carrier having picked up the product. Perhaps, Lafeeca forgot about my order. Then the product went around California for more than 1 week and I sent another email and again, I didn't get any response until it finally reached the Canadian custom. I would have expected to receive some type of email at least acknowledging that my concern was being reviewed. I am worried now that if I run into any problems with the kettle in the future that I would not get timely customer service. Overall, I am happy with the product but I am worried about the responsiveness of their customer service team.

This is my second 58 ounce coffee maker, one wasn't big enough for all the cold brew I drink. I wish it came in a bigger size is my only gripe. 72 or 80 ounce would be better. IMO.
