Unfortunately I had to return the beautiful dress as the sleeves were too tight for my daughter. But she LOVES the shoes. I very much appreciated it that the return process was very straightforward.

I had a lovely time ! And found the manager and helpers to be very accommodating and helpful. . We did attend the very first day my daughter and I and she purchased some things for her sister-in-law and my son and apparently nothing is on the records and when my daughter in law went to exchange for her son, they wouldn’t do it because it’s not recorded. I’m not exactly sure if something can be done but my name is an adele merck and my daughter is Caroline McKelvy. I am so impressed with the quality of this dress. The fabric is very soft and comfortable, I love the small lace detailing on the inner slip, and the collar is lined in the dress fabric under the velvet. Sometimes with luxury children’s clothes the cost is about the brand- not so with La Coqueta. It is so delightful to see a company taking pride in their craftsmanship with such a lovely dress. I’ve been won over!

Excellent experience and superior product.

Beautifully packaged. But not happy with use of Evri couriers. Parcel left on doorstep in inclement weather. I was at home eagerly awaiting the arrival. Parcel arrived on time but couriers do NOT knock or ring doorbell. Neither did they follow instructions to leave in the clearly labelled metal parcel box at the front door.
