Emily was very helpful in resolving my issue with a lost parcel. Both pairs of shoes I bought from you were very delayed and although one did finally arrive, one is still missing. The customer service has been very good. However, I won’t be buying from you again as I won’t use EVRI in the future. I will check with all retailers I buy from and I won’t use companies that use EVRI.

I had a lovely time ! And found the manager and helpers to be very accommodating and helpful. . We did attend the very first day my daughter and I and she purchased some things for her sister-in-law and my son and apparently nothing is on the records and when my daughter in law went to exchange for her son, they wouldn’t do it because it’s not recorded.
