colour in the photos on the website didnt match the item. Was shocked to see the colour was more purple than pink in real life.

Good customer service.

My package never arrived at my house, and the photo shows it delivered to an alternate address. I paid $30 for rush ship and did not have the dress for the event. I have reached out to DHL and La Coqueta but have not heard back

Absolutely stunning dresses.

My daughter chose the shoes and could not wait to get them in the mail. The first time she put them on the bow fell off, and the tiny bar of leather the bow was tied around was torn. There is no way to re attach the bow with the leather torn. Having spent large sum of money at la croqueta over the years I’ve always been pleased with the quality, so this was surprising. I’ve emailed customer service now 3 times with exactly zero response. I am very disappointed about the quality and customer service from la croqueta this time. Now we have a very expensive pair of children’s shoes that can’t be worn.
