My unit showed up damaged and late even after paying extra for faster delivery. Company never returned my email or communicated back with me. I straightened out the bent metal and the roaster works great. Obviously though probably a one time purchase for most so customer service not a real priority seams like.

Shipping Box was slightly damaged. Item inside box was also damaged. I do appreciate instructions being sent early. The shipping itself was delayed by a few days.
