Fast shipping. Wish grain shipping was 1/2 less or more.

Definitely better than regular kits. You can get much more body and flavor than with regular pasteurized juice. This definitely gets you closer to making wine directly from grapes. It is also more fun than a regular kit if you buy a few additional additives and really tune in the acidity, tannins, and oak. Also can play around with malolactic fermentation. Altogether a way more fun experience and I much tastier product and my wine is still very young!
