Customer service was fantastic, one of the best I’ve dealt with regarding clothing brands. Shipping was fast and reliable. They refunded a defective item with store credit without any issues, all I had to send was a picture of the item and receipt.

Love the fit and the feel. No complaints on the garment at all. I do take exception with the order processing and the 20$ express delivery which was not very express. Placed/confirmed an order may 16 but processed on the 19 and delivered on the 22. I could accept that wait if I didn't pay and etra 20$ for fast shipping. I replied back to and email sent by a part owner? about my issue but no rely to date.
