My recent experience with Kuwalla Tee was very disappointing. I had to return an item due to an issue on their website — not because I ordered the wrong size. However, the return process was costly and frustrating: UPS charged me $7 for the return shipping (most clothing companies offer free returns). Kuwalla Tee charges a $10 restocking fee for returns. If you choose a refund to your original payment method, they deduct $20; for store credit, they still deduct $10. Their price match policy is only 24 hours, while most companies offer at least 30 days.
