Never sent items then asked me to review them

My order arrived with only half of my order. The team corrected it quickly but it took a long time to arrive. The company is based in Korea and I suspect that's the reason it took so long.

I’m so disappointed. I was so excited to try out your brand. But, I have not received my order. I haven't received any communication from Kulfi Beauty about it, if there’s a back order or some other issue. I have submitted a claim with Corso, but if you can just refund me for the order, I’d really appreciate it.

Order placed on 9/30-still waiting for product s not show transit status or estimated delivery!

Never received the product and tried to reach out 3 times with no response via email.

Kulfi products are amazing but the shipping is poor. Every time I purchase from Kulfi I get a quick notification that the items shipped but they stay in pre transit for several days. With this product my shipment stayed in pre transit for over a week. I had to submit a claim to have my order reviewed and I was given the option to reorder my product. Now I’m in the same situation again. I received notice on 10/12 that the items shipped and today 10/14 they are still in pre transit.

Very disappointed because I have not received my order.
