Everything came in fast as far as shipping goes. I love everything I picked out! Much better than I could've imagined!

Unfortunately this is not a lip stain. Even though I like the color, I need to reapply several times throughout the day like any other lip gloss.

My order wasn’t ever shipped and support hasn’t responded to my emails. I would rate this a 0 if I could and suggest everyone saves their money and time.

Overall not worth the price because the two "stain" products i bought do not stain. They last as long as any normal lip color and come right off within an hour or two at the most. Even if you aren't eating or drinking anything. The mascara was good though.

I love my lip stain. I rarely buy again from a brand because I love trying new things, but I will be reordering!!

Thin, watery, underwhelming lip stain

I never get crazy reactions to makeup, but after using the gold eyeshadow once, (I washed it off completely before bed) I woke up with swollen, fluid filled eyelids that seemed to be having some sort of reaction. I’m really disappointed because I love the shimmer but it’s not worth an allergic reaction… I would like a refund for this product.

My order never arrived, despite paying for a 5-8 day delivery period. When I contacted the courier, they said they never even received the package from Kulfi, and Kulfi’s only comment was to send me to a third party to deal with it and then stop replying to my inquiries. It’s such a shame because I loved the previous lip oil I got from them, but this wild goose chase and not being offered a replacement to my product (especially since a shipping fee and delivery guarantee were paid for) has really rubbed me the wrong way. Don’t waste your time buying from them, they are not organized or responsive and if something goes wrong then you’ll be left in the wind (even if they never even sent the package to begin with!!)

Returns policy is sub-par with others in the industry. If the product does not live up to the promise, consumers should not be out of pocket when seeking to return. A thoroughly disappointing experience.
