Overall customer service was great though, they issued me a refund and let me keep the product. Just disappointed the product wears off so quickly and dries my lips out so much

The product is nice, but the fact that the supposed stain only last 30 minutes ensures that I will not be purchasing again. The point is the last atleast most of the day. I am literally having ro reapply every 20 minutes if I want to keep the color which does not work for me.

When my package arrived it had exploded and leaked out everywhere

More like a temporary gloss than a stain and the tubes leak which is messy

Beautiful color, apply and go with no need to wait until it’s ready to peel (like other brands). Choose to blot away the oil to leave a perfectly stained pout or leave as is for a glossy look. I couldn’t love this product more. I have the color rose, I’m definitely getting more colors - sweet is next!!!!
