You didn’t give me my refund

I'm having trouble with the retractable gate. It's hard to mount it, the way the entrance is to my kitchen is set up.

Customer service is horrible they advertise a 30 day return policy but when I emailed called. Etc - no response not happy with the matress or service. Would love a response to my return request.

We never received them.

The mattress was stolen from my front walkway. The box was left behind, suggesting that the box was damaged and the mattress looked like a throwaway.

Excellent ordering and shipping process

The product description should include information that states 2-3" of clearance are needed above the final installed height of the gate in order o properly mount. I could not use this product as it needed to be installed under a standard height countertop

Nice table. Great place to hold things inside. Cleans easily. Wish the chair was adjustable.

Customer service is really bad. My highchair was returned back to seller and we have not been issued a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails. And your phone number doesn’t work.

I have just written a review.

I used the new customer 10% discount and therefore decided to add the small stuffed animal accessories too . High chair was a gift sent to family member across country. KUB had an area on order form where I could write a message congratulating the new parents. I appreciated that. Shipping was free and high chair arrived on expected date. The new parents set up the chair and thought it was beautiful but haven’t used it yet as baby is still too young.
