I broke my thoracic spine in three places a few years ago, and the vertebrae didn’t heal properly. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING has helped with pain relief- until now. I placed two strips down each scapula and the pain was lessened by like 75%. I couldn’t believe it. I even placed a strip across my lumbar spine, because I have a herniated L5 S1 and it gave immense relief to that too! I’m going to have to buy these in bulk. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

Awesome stuff. Not sure I’d be able to continue riding snowmobiles without it. Braces are too bulky and don’t allow proper movement. This tape holds everything in place and provides amazing support+stability.
