I’ve been using this product for years in conjunction with various sessions of PT. The technology is amazing and perfect for old people like me who are now paying for being active when we were young. 🤣

The tape definitely helps, but I wish that the solid/full strip was easier to separate from the paper.

I get significant relief from Pro tape and use the Cotton for different parts of my body.

The tape works well but taking it off is a problem. I used other KT Tapes and they come off cleaner that the Pro Ice. I put this on Friday night for a Saturday race. I then took it off in the shower on Monday. I had to use baby oil to get the remaining fabric part of the tape to get the pictures below. The adhesive of the tape does not come off. If you see in the pictures you can see the adhesive is still on my leg. And to make it worse it so strong that coins stay on it even when i'm standing up. My legs stick to my pants after this. I now am going to try and use Goo Gone to get the adhesive off. Also this is not the first time this has happened and I have reported it to KT Tape.

I’m disappointed with the quality of of this production run of K T tape The pro extreme doesn’t seem to hold in place less adhesive than before, so more than 1 day maybe 2 in Black is impossible. I sent the 300 pieces to my 99 year old mother who tapes legs and her S shaped spine. My sister says says she loves it , free is always better, they don’t pay for it I do. However I am not in love with black STSD+250417S -AC5 which I bought four rolls for myself in November 2025 direct from the factory store.
