The service was impeccable! I kept wanting changes and there was never a complaint. The fact that they will make a new idea and not charge extra is unbelievable. They also arrived in perfect condition very quickly.

Online ordering was easy. Took a couple of weeks to receive my order because it's custom-made, which seems reasonable. Good quality product. Really like that it's made in the USA.

Replied quickly to email questions. Shipping was right on schedule, UPS had a hang up somewhere, which made it arrive a couple of days later than notification but that was not on K&S Design Elements.
