The customer service in stores (I'm in a large city, so there is more than one) is truly outstanding, but it seems like each time I go to use the site I have one difficulty or another. I wish that if you used the return arrow, it would take you back to where you had been, not the top of that category (say canned cat food, versus the exact one you had looked at, so that you could proceed from that can onward). It might even take you to the entire category, vs specific brand, I'm not sure. I do not like that the emails with various specials or sales do not specify you can only use one. That said, it is convenient to have an order ready for you to pick up.
