Thank you very much for listening to my last concern. I received the refund due to not receiving the items above. I had previously ordered from your store and was happy about it. And after subsequently canceling that order through your online store- ordered through another online vendor. My feedback to the local store would be to honor the first call for cancellation.

I want to take a moment to recognize Liz from Kriser's South Barrington, IL for her exceptional customer service. I had placed an order for a bag of dog food around 5 p. m. , and later that evening, Liz kindly called to check in and make sure my dog, Wrigs, had enough food for the night since the store was about to close. Her thoughtfulness truly stood out. Even though I assured her we could wait until the next day, she went above and beyond—waiting 20 minutes past closing time for the driver, who unfortunately didn’t arrive until the following business day. Throughout the whole process, Liz was caring, patient, and dedicated. Her kindness and commitment to customer care made such a positive impression. Please pass along my thanks and appreciation. We need more people like Liz!
