Very quick delivery although paying in a different currency is a little tricky as it’s unclear what the local currency amount should be especially as exchange rates fluctuate. Would prefer if they gave prices in pounds sterling too.

Received a 300g package that was 200g short. Sent photos of the small box with correct order code, as well as pictures proving its impossible to fit 300g in such a tiny box that was also packed with Filler paper, they always use large packages for those orders. Told they would contact DHL for the weights, heard absolutely nothing back. So now im down a bunch of money and kratom with no contact at all. Extremely poor customer service. One more mistake and ill go to the many, many other euro vendors. Losing a twice weekly customer just from laziness and lack of communication, what a waste!
