Shipping takes a LONG time compared with my other kratom sources but the customer service as overall pretty good and responsive. If only i could order my usual 1kg+ but get 2 separate 500g bags of diff strains (since the max bag IS 500g) - so i can further review all strains and see what works for me from this source. Frankly im disappointed during email query they could not do this order for me. I would have wrote a note comprehensive review had it not been let down with ny recebt order which was not kiln dried so some alkaloids are 'burned' off too speed up the process, and the denial of my request for two strains in one order. I want to try every strain. I have been using kratom responsibly for well over a decade, since before it wasnt known to EU/UK really. (I order 1kg strain, but email saying which 2 strains i would like, aince they come in 500g bags anyway)
