Product was good, no complaints as such. A little difficult to dose accurately, the micro precision scale doesn’t always pick up the amounts that I take. Good for a boost to your regular kratom powder, not a great stand alone product but still would recommend to anybody who wants that extra kick. For a full spectrum extract product I would rate it 5/5. Shipping is phenomenal, discrete and honestly the best that I’ve seen from any kratom vendor, including in the US which is a MASSIVE compliment. Trust KratomBird. These guys are legit.

I have cancelled an order before it was even shipped, and told i would get a full refund. After i gave all my bank details they have stopped responding to my emails and have not given me any sort of refund. Essentially robbing me of my money.
