I love Saganos for the comfort and style but this purchase was disappointing. I ordered a replacement pair in the same color to replace an older pair I'd worn out from wear. The first pair arrived about a week after the order and was the wrong shoe. Not Sagano at all. Return. Then, the replacement pair arrived and the color is strange. Not tan/taupe like my last pair and as shown online but a very light cream, almost white. These shoes rarely go on sale and I was excited to purchase when they did. I now wonder if the reason they were on sale was because Kork-Ease got a bad batch from the manufacturer and needed to dispose of them? I'm still a Sagano fan in theory but not fully satisfied with this experience.
