This shop is fantastic. I placed my first order with them a few weeks ago and needed customer service after it arrived as one of my pens had a bit of an issue. With the time difference I had sent an email that evening and by the time I woke up the next day, a replacement pen was on the way! And their pens are just gorgeous and write fabulously.
