Jim is always willing to help a customer. He is positive, I had a question on a Sunday, and I called the customer service number and to my surprise, he answered the phone and gave me directions on how to propose the dish

I ordered 9 Veal Chops and they were absolutely the best I've had in a long time. They arrived frozen and were packaged extremely well. The quality was outstanding — very tender, juicy, and full of flavor. You can really taste the difference. I’ll definitely be buying again!
