You guys did good you sent my order I got this order it was the other order I didn't get and FedEx said it was delivered to a different address but they never looked it up and never brought it over to me I don't know where it went and if they delivered it to the wrong address it's not my fault I mean I'm not going to go around the neighborhood and knock on doors did you get my order and if my neighbor got it she would have brought it to me so I don't know where that order went but we don't have thieves in this neighborhood I've never had anything stolen I don't know what FedEx did with it I think you guys ought to take it up with them

This is my second time ordering from this company. The first time was good service but when ordering again they sent my order to the wrong address and blame me for the mistake even though I sent a screenshot shot of the shipping address on their order confirmation. And no word since to try to make this right for me. My order sat outside for a full 12 hours delivered to my old address which now is up for sale. No one there to collect it for me. You can imagine the condition the food was in. Well not edible at this point. All melted and some of the dishes were so squished that the food in the dish squished out. Hot mess…unless they rectify their mistakes I will not be ordering from here ever again. And NO isn’t not about the money. It’s about good business practices.
