These gummies delivered as advertised! I cut mine into quarters, and those quarters are perfect for the evening before a day off. I cannot even imaging taking a half or a whole. A quarter might be a bit much for me for a "work night," but I will cut the quarters in half and see how that goes soon! These are definitely a great value.
