The website has so many bugs, unsuccessful to place order all the time. I had to try so many times in order to place the order. The shipping is a disaster as well. I ordered two pairs of boots, but eventually they just sent me one pair. Despite those problems, the customer service is quite helpful.

Shipping was fast, I ordered 2 sizes to make sure I got the right fit and I had no problems sending the bigger size back and getting a refund.
