When I called with a couple of questions to understand installation better after watching the videos on the company's video page I found I had to press the salesperson to explain a couple of points. I'm trying to remember what I asked but I think it was about bracket options and reaffirming my estimate on the length of rope needed for my job. A little bit like pulling teeth.
