Great service.

Timely customer service, reached out with updates even though backorder was heavy for other products delaying mine, overall a positive experience.

The selection could be better

Thought I had an issue with the order. Owner/customer service contacted me and resolved the issue within the hour. Basically was a non issue after discussing. Thanks knot and rope supply

Great

great

very convenient, no issues, customer support is top notch, on a previous order the rope I had purchased was out of stock, they called me to ask if I would like to cancel or suggested a different thickness they had in stock, most other companies would never have done this. I would have waited 2-weeks had to call and been put on hold for 30-40 min for them to tell me sorry its out of stock. Very pleased with the service I have recieved.

Easy to order, quick to deliver
